Eligibility for Free & Reduced Tickets

Free Admission

    • Children and Teenagers: All visitors under 18 years of age.
    • EU Citizens 18-25: Qualify for a reduced ticket price of €2.00.
    • Visitors with Disabilities: Free entry for visitors with a certified disability and one companion.
    • ICOM Members: Members of the International Council of Museums.
    • Free Entry Days: The gardens are free for everyone on the first Sunday of each month (from October to March) and on certain national holidays like April 25, June 2, and November 4.

Reduced Admission (€2.00)

    • EU Citizens: Young adults aged 18 to 25 with a valid ID.

How to Get Your Tickets

For Under 18s and EU 18-25s: You can book your free or reduced ticket online in advance to secure a time slot. A booking fee may apply. You will need to show your ID at the entrance.

For Disabled Visitors and Companions: These tickets cannot be booked online. You must go to the ticket office at the Pitti Palace on the day of your visit to collect your free tickets upon presentation of valid documentation.

For Free Entry Days: Admission cannot be booked in advance on these days. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and you should be prepared for very long queues.
